Port Promenade returns to Main Street, Port Washington for its 7th year. We bring you The Ultimate Block Party for 2 nights in 2 zones. Thursday, June 18 Middle Main Street becomes a pedestrian only shopping and dining zone from Library Drive to Central Drive. The fun returns on Thursday, July 16 to Upper Main Street from Pt Washington Blvd to Mackey Avenue.
Help showcase Port’s diverse businesses
We offer a limited number of spaces for local vendors or exhibitors/non-profit groups who are not members of the Port Washington BID. A fee of $100 applies to non-BID members, such as home-based businesses and local non-profit groups. This fee allows participation in one or both of the dates (and the rain date of July 23 if necessary). Priority will be given to Port Washington based merchants and organizations.
ALL vendors & exhibitors must complete the application form and waiver as well as provide a certificate of insurance.
All vendors/exhibitors must complete this form one (1) week PRIOR to the event. Space is limited and subject to review. You will be contacted to confirm receipt and will be informed of the location.
IMPORTANT – Each night a separate section of Main Street will be closed to vehicles from 5:00 – 10:00 pm. Vendors may unload at their designated site at 4:30 pm but must move vehicles no later than 5:00 pm. At the close of the event, vendors are responsible for removing all items from the area including trash, containers and litter.
