Notice is hereby given that the Annual Member Meeting of the Greater Port Washington Business Improvement District (the “GPW BID”) shall be held on the 25th day of October 2023 at its offices located at 329 Main Street, Port Washington, NY 11050, at 7:00 pm for the purpose of electing three (3) Class A, Commercial Property Owner Directors for the term of two (2) years and one (1) Class B, commercial Tenant Director for the term of two (2) years, both commencing November 1, 2023.

Notice is further given that pursuant to Article III, Section 6 of the bylaws of the GPW BID, as amended, “Members entitled to vote at meetings must do so in person or by signed proxy, except, however, for a vote to elect a Director pursuant to Article III, Section 5, which must be made by written election ballot personally completed and delivered by the voting Member to the Corporation, as follows: by personal delivery at or prior to the Annual Member Meeting; or by first class mail or by Express Mail or overnight delivery service postmarked and/or actually received not less than three (3) days prior to the date of the Annual Member Meeting. Each Member has one vote. If an owner is also a tenant, he/she/it must declare the class under which the vote shall be cast.”
