We are excited to announce Port Holiday Magic 2024, a much anticipated tradition taking place on November 30, December 7, and December 14, 2024. This initiative leverages Small Business Saturday to encourage our community to shop locally and support the small businesses that form the backbone of Port Washington. We invite you to become a valued sponsor of this festive celebration and help us make it a magical experience for all.
Port Holiday Magic will feature special offers and giveaways provided by participating businesses, ensuring a delightful shopping experience for patrons. To enhance this initiative, we are offering live entertainment, aptly named “Shoppertainment,” free trolley rides for convenient and festive transport, and promotion opportunities on a Port Washington-based radio station. These elements are only possible with the generous support of sponsors like you.
We offer several levels of sponsorship to accommodate the various ways you can contribute to this event:
- $5,000 Event and Shoppertainment Sponsor: As an Event and Shoppertainment Sponsor, your business will be prominently featured on all event marketing materials, including published ads, posters, social media, and the event website. You will also have the opportunity to spotlight your business during live entertainment segments and receive a dedicated mention on our radio station.
- $3,000 Trolley Sponsor for All 3 Saturdays: This sponsorship includes your business logo displayed on the trolleys, recognition on promotional materials, and multiple mentions on our radio station throughout the event series.
- $1,000 Trolley Sponsor for a Single Saturday: Similar to the above, but for one Saturday of your choice. Your business logo will be featured on the trolley, and you will receive recognition in promotional materials and on the radio station for that day. If available.
- $500 Port Washington Radio Sponsor: This level includes mentions and advertisements on our Port Washington-based radio station, providing excellent exposure for your business to the local community.
- $100 General Sponsor: Your business will be included in our list of sponsors on the event website and social media, showing your support for local businesses and community events.
