NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
Class A/Commercial Property Owner & Class B/Commercial Tenant
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the annual meeting of the members of the Greater Port Washington Business Improvement District Association, Inc. (“GPWBID”) will be held on at the GPWBID office located at 329 Main Street, Port Washington on Wednesday, the 26th day of October, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. for the purposes of electing members to the Board of Directors for the GPWBID.
As a commercial property owner within the GPWBID, you are eligible to serve on the Board of Directors. If you wish to seek election to the Board you must complete the nomination form and return it in an envelope containing a Post Office postmark dated no later than Monday, October 17, 2022.

The slate of candidates will be available in advance of the Annual Meeting on the GPWBID website and at the GPWBID offices. All members are urged to attend the meeting in person or by proxy. If you desire to attend by proxy, the enclosed proxy form must be completed and presented at the beginning of the Annual Meeting.
